Khan D' Kulia Trucking in Pomona hires new cdl grads. I think they're a household goods mover. Also have their own cdl school. Their ad says they hire new cdl grads.(www.kdktrain.com) One driver posted they're pretty laid back on hiring.

Agree. There's a niche for anyone wanting to work.

 

There's the myth those drivers are rolling in cash and home every day. In the beginning of my career worked for a container company and didn't stay long. Their standard of living at home wasn't what I wanted.
Those Longshoremen will get what's coming to them soon when the ports are automated. Those guys think they're the kings now and show it by being abusive to everyone, especially truck drivers. Soon they'll get a taste of their own medicine.
