Brokers Percentage

    Not enough? How about way to much..

    I've seen what the brokers are charging. on some loads I've ran. I was shocked to say the least.

    Brokers make good money i can grab same load from 2 different brokers and one will be $200-300 less then the other one i see it way to much...For guy that said not enough is one of them or company driver he dont care

    I guess there's not a industry standard or common percentage rate they charge it sounds like? They just charge what they want?

    That's what I meant I read it wrong I thought it said how much do the brokers pay us. They take WAY TO MUCH my mistake i'll take the flogging

    Every Broker is different. Some brokers have a huge sales staff flying around the country whining and dinning Shippers. They're going to take a higher percentage to pay for all that. Others may take 10%, or less because they don't have as much money invested into their accounts.

    As a Owner Operator I only worry about what I make. If I accept a load from a Broker, it's because the rate worked for me.
