No such word as the best starter company . Everyone has their own opi ion on whats best from what they have experienced. You have to find what will work for you abd what is the best for you. Your first year is gonna be tough no matter who you go with. Once you find what company you like.. then you need to get a good trainer that will actually train you. You might go thru several b4 you find one that fits.
I say swift cause they are the only otr company i worked for. Got my license in 96 thru a spo sored school and lasted only 5 months cause i couldnt handle the lifestyle. Stayed local for 14 years and got fired from coca cola. .
Then went back. To swift and lasted 2.5 yrs till i quit over the sleep apnea bs. Though i still hated the lifestyle... i was able to actually like the job.
Swift system is easy to learn and once you do.. you will succeed.you just can not make dumb and stupid mistakes.

yea, if you goin to the cr england thats in indiana dnt even bother. the best one they hve is in utah. the ones in georgia and indiana is hell. dnt say i didnt warn u

 

go with prime or swift. they are a good company but prime is governed at 58mph. swift is at 60mph for rookies and at 65mph for experience drivers. pick your medicine carefully

 

I don't see anything wrong with that place. Just carry a shank with you when they let you out in the yard.

Do you have to show them you've been using it? In other words, will you have to use it for x number of days before starting work?

 

Because that's where the catfish hang out.

 

D.o.t. doc might want too. Usually 30 to 90 days from what i have read.
