What is Celadon policy on hiring felons is it a case-by-case and how far back do they go

They have a training program; but I'm really not all that sure if they hire felons or not.. whatever you do; wherever you go; good luck and be straight up about your situation. It might bite you in the butt later on if you aren't..

 

Try western express. They'll hire you straight from prison or even if you have an active warrant for murder, no joke!

 

They have accepted me to come to training, my record is ten years old though. I just pray they don't try to fake the funk when its time for orientation!

Western Express will definitely hire you but do be careful one of my classmates got sent home after a month of being on the road but I think he wasn't honest so be straight up.
