IM HIRED!!!!!

Nice....I'm a yard spotter for a huge retail chain here in Texas...I do 53 57 and ltls...i always talk to the ltl guys from UPS and OD and fed they all seem pretty cool.im trying to get enough safe miles to go full time driving but if it doesn't work out i will try and do ltl...I got my CDL 3 weeks ago so I'm trying to get some road (public) driving experience...I can back up trailers and ltls all day but driving in public is somewhat new to me

 

Where in Texas are you? OD is going to be adding around 1000 new doors between 3 terminals in the DFW area. Not exactly sure when, but they are staffing management positions so it will be soon. If you're near there keep your ears open. They'll be hiring drivers like crazy.
