    I know I'm very late to the party but what the heck....when I worked for Cummins and would phone Tech Support, once you got to Tier 2 the odds were very good you would be speaking to a person born in India. I asked why and was told by a Senior Engineer it was due to how far the American education system has fallen behind. College graduates from the USA come less equipped than their Indian counterparts.

    And for the immigrate debate, I'm all for legal immigration and it being tough to obtain citizenship. For a "melting pot" experience head out to Garden City, KS where there are like 25 languages spoken in the public school system.
