I am stranded in Daytona Beach FL. and have been for 9 days now. My company sent me down here from IN. in a day cab. They refuse to send me per diam, lodging money. I need to know what I can do to get this from them? I cannot drive home for the fuel card accounts are cut off. Do they owe me for the days I've been here? If so how many hours a day?

Why did they send you down there? Care to name the company? Where are you sleeping at?
-
If your fuel card was turned off, it sounds like you were Termed.
Time to take the Shoe Leather Express.Airborne, Steel Dragon, rabbiporkchop and 2 others Thank this. -
We need a LOT more info. The 1st thing that comes to mind, is why you would go from Indiana to Florida in a day cab? And 2nd, after the second day sitting, I'd be on a "Megabus" on my way home. Sounds awful. What's the deal?
Airborne, Badmon, austinmike and 1 other person Thank this. -

Because thats all the company has and this has never happened before. things were good until this trip. I don't know why all this happened. I feel like I'm up against the wall with no where to go. I don't have the money to get home. I think the company has pretty much went under but not sure.
