    dark green orange,

Check out training through a community or technical college. I start training on 10/27 through Southside Virginia Community College. Got a pleasant surprise :biggrin_255: this week that I am getting a full scholarship through a pool of money from the state of Virginia and a number of trucking companies that donate funds for the safe training of drivers. Total in state tuition was to be $1700.
    Good luck!

Try checking with your local carrier center and wia will in some cases pay for you to go to truck driving school they will sometime reinburst you for the price of your cdl, dot & mvr. the school will be a local collage with truck driving classes. the classes should last 6 weeks if its a good one. If you try the companys and get your CDL through them you have to drive for that company for 2 years to pay off yor tuition before you can change comanys. And thats with all the companys that have CDL training. I checked all of them out when I wanted to get back on the road, after a 30 year lapst. Lots of luck hope to see you on the road some day I'm with AE right now and they have CDL training I think. Check out as many as you can on the net and you will find out alot of info
