153624 is firing order. Cylinders are recognized from front to back (123456) Are you sure about doing this yourself?
-
just look on cam it will tell you what valve you have to adjust if it says number as far as 3 means cylinder 3 intake and injector if you see V3 position means 3 exhaust, but need shims to adjust exhaust and need to adjust valve bridges touch plus 60 degrees this is not a beginer type of job if you have never done this before on d12 i wouldnt suggest it to do it properly it takes a little bit of experience.

Yes I have done it myself last year. Doing it this year and and a Volvo mechanic told me I was wrong on doing it 123456 and the firing order was 536241 like in the manual.
This is why I ask, I have done International tractors and Mcormicks. The manual is not specific on the part on which cylinder it is in conjuction with adjusting the valve. -
firing order shoud be 153624 and they have different set up on this engine you don't adjust like the old fashion way this is a little bit different you have the marks right on the cam of what you are supposed to adjust and when.
