    You can go to "hireright"and get a dac report and a drug report, I did this yesterday but I still haven't got the report yet they either email it or it'll be postal.

    They take their time......I have waited up to 6 weeks for mine. I found out that calling them and being very polite and asking if anything negative was on it usually works.

    I pulled the DAC and my employment wasnt on there at all. Happened to be one of the 3% that doesn't report

    Don't use that company on any application....you will be fine.
    I know that is not the most honest thing to do but it will let you move on. (boy,I will get bashed for this comment)

    My biggest worry is that it had to go somewgere tho. They did have a compliance agency that sent me an SAP list but just can't figure out where. Its been over 3 months and my mvr is still clean my dac doesn't even show that i worked for them and all my psd shows is that i did work for them. Maybe when i go to re certify my med card?

    If it is on your PSP that you worked there then that will have to be explained to a new employer.( If they pull your PSP).....many small companies do not.
    By law they have to send the drug test info release form to all previous employers....

    You must have been inspected or got a ticket when you worked there for it to be on your PSP..
