Did I find a loophole?

Strange the company sent you and not the temp agency.....The laws must be a little different in NY.
So really it is them listed on the PSP that is the only problem. That would cause a prospective employer to contact them and send them the drug testing release form...IF they pull your PSP..

With a clean MVR you still will find a job. I would do as Chinatown suggested.Craigslist,local paper,ect...Stay away from the big carriers and you will get hired.

The job I have now was on Craigslist....The best company I have worked for in my 35 year career!

Carrier.....I wish it was a TriPac...
I'm getting ready to spec out a new truck and pass mine down to our second driver we put on a couple of months ago..
Looking at a T680 midroof or a Western Star...Not sure yet but it will have a ThermoKing unit on it!
The Carrier is just a generator...no inverter...I have to fire the APU just for the microwave..
I have a big inverter but have not installed it in this truck.

Wait. You are asking if you can get by with a failed drug test? If the application you put in asks if you have ever done drugs and you answer no then you will be canned immediately if the company finds out and the drug test shows up.

Then I read that you got put oos for a flat tire. How did you not know you had a flat tire?

 

I know a guy that bought fake pee. Took the drug test with it. Came back as he was pregnant.
