Looking for Local Seattle Owner Operator Job

    Hey there guys, so I currently own a truck and a reefer. I work for small owner operator company in the Seattle area, under their own authority driving long haul in all 48 states, and been doing it for some time now. I have decided to switch to local to be home everyday. I want to be an owner operator using my bobtail, and do local runs in the WA, OR, ID, MT states. Have a TWIC card, and clean record. Does anyone know of anything in the area that I could look into? Ive done container out of ports in the past, so i have experience with that. I am interested in all kinds of work, tankers, flatbets, hazmat.

    Not Seattle, but two companies you could look at would be Gulick Trucking, in Vancouver, WA, and May Trucking, which is based in Keizer, Oregon.

    Both serve the areas you mentioned. Gulick is a reefer company. May does dry van, and I think reefer.

    I am more familiar with Gulick's O/O program than May's. Gulick seems to treat their people right.
