Cant say much about CR England,but from personal experience I have no use for Swift.However Swift seems to thrive on young unexperienced drivers,I signed on with them as an experienced driver and we were knocking heads all of the time.

Let's face it, your in a tough spot. Neither of these companies are worth a ####. It's companies like Swift and England and their culture that has kicked the crap out of our once proud industry. No matter what choice you make, at the end of the day, it will leave a "sour" taste in your mouth. What you have to remember is not all companies will treat you like England or Swift, put your time in, do your homework and move on. Just be prepared to be overwhelmingly disappointed by either carrier. Best Of Luck to You!!!!!!!!!!!
