Dragged my feet getting here.

Now I gotta sleep faster than usual.

Broker loads. Sigh.

Arrived 30min early for delivery. Broker called repeatedly over past two days asking for eta to receiver, switched to texting when I wouldn't answer while driving.

I got to receiver and immediately texted broker. Broker immediately replied, asked for delivery confirmation. Texted my phone two more times asking if I was unloaded before I cleared security gate.

Security stated delivery PO number no good, sent me to Receiving. Receiving clerk stated no appointment (I was told 0800). PO numbers on bills no good. Another text asking if I'm unloaded.

I send reply text stating no appointment, PO numbers no good, I'm stuck here on standby status waiting to get this figured out, dispatch wants me for another load, please advise ASAP, time critical.

That was 45 minutes ago--no response.

At least they stopped lighting up my phone.

Big M had stepped in per my request and I'll be gone one way or another soon.
