DAC Report Issue

That's why it's important to frequently check your DAC, not just after you are refused a job. Find errors before they become history. Remove them before the next employer reads your DAC. It's your job to protect your history & record. Use the tools. Some drivers are happier to find they've been screwed than to avoid being screwed. Professionals don't just wait for the world to happen to them. They do things & get ahead of events. IMO

 

Call and ask. Companies subscribe to DAC voluntarily, just like credit reporting agencies. Often small companies that don't hire often or have very stable workforce don't pay for DAC. It's as ethical for companies to use DAC as it is for drivers to post about companies here.

 

Try Equity Transport a try. The company will work with you. There are a lot of really good people up there. They have worked well for me and I don't have a spotless background either. In trucking not everything is your fault, but everything becomes your problem.
