Yes I lost three weeks pay working for a company that holds pay like that one time they went bankrupt never will work for someone who holds pay like that again
-
They don't hold pay, it just isn't a paid orientation, and there's a week turn around on paychecks(paid Friday for loads ran thru the prior Sunday), so it's two weeks from start date before your first paycheck.
Dave in dispatch retired, too. And that solved a lot of issues.Wickedfire77 Thanks this. -
I've only been with them a little over 2 yrs, and I have noticed big changes in that time. Manager Mike really cleaned house and the shop...well is still the shop after 3 different shop leads from within, they hired a guy who only knows how to make it look good on paper, no mechanical aptitude.
Other than that and the growing too fast to keep up, it's fine. (They hire 4-6 drivers a week and I think that is spreading freight a little thin) but with guys that don't get it, like the "they hold my pay" there will always be turnover.ReplicatingPerfection Thanks this. -
