    Hey everybody I was hoping to get some info from current O/O or past O/O that have worked for this company. Now I am fully aware of the fact that CRST bought them but talking with the recruiter she was saying some good things , I know I know ....... I would really like to hear your feedback to help me decide, thank you and stay safe out there.

    One. This is in the wrong area there are other sections dedicated for this. You might get better traction there repost it or ask a Mod to move it.

    Two. Honestly what do the numbers say ? I have an o/o that doesn't like me and others that do. I say that because when you are getting feedback i like to know how quickly they pay, how is the work load, type of moves they do, home time ect. In my experience people get a bad run and suddenly your the worse dude ever. But if you focus the questions to your points of interests you get a better answer... Not sure if that makes sense or not...

    Sells a profitable trucking company. This fleet has been sold over and over. Now CRST is turning them into another general freight co. Lots of .66/mile deadhead, then .83\loaded. They tell you will make all the money in handling, but that's being slowly eliminated. And .12/gal fuel discount? That's because CRST gets a 30-40 cents discount and keeps the difference every time you fuel. After I quit sti, my current fuel discount averages .36. That's a huge difference in my bottom line.
