At certain dc's if their gtm decides to yes. Nothing being mandated from the higher ups as of yet. But as you all see things seem to be changing at a rapid pace lately.
-
But if they did that I wouldn't know about it until I got back to the dc because you can't read the messages while driving. Many times I'll get a message that I don't read till I get where im going.
-
You're right you cannot read the messages but you can listen to the messages when you're drivingIronhead2542 Thanks this.

Walmart driver here...
So I was traveling today with my family in my personal vehicle. Got pulled over in a small town in Alabama. The officer said I was doing 70/55. My jaw dropped because I never speed but I still remained polite and didn't argue. Well he wrote me the citation for 70/55. I looked up this police agency on Google and found a message board with hundreds of complaints of the police force in this town and I'm not the only one. I would like to play the devil's advocate and say maybe he made a mistake and got someone else behind me but thought it was me but I was all by myself on that road. So either his radar is lying or he is lying. From what I read on the message boards, I think he is lying but anyway... Obviously I'm going to fight this citation but in the meantime am I screwed with Walmart? Are they going to suspend me or hell... even fire me once I show them a ticket where I was going 15 over? Man... This is bad and BTW... Detour around Uniontown AL. -
This sounds somewhat like cali where they put the radar on cars to record speed but pull the truck over. I would fight this like your saying. And unless you're convicted, you should be OK. 2 tickets are allowed. But the thing about this is 15 and over in some states is considered reckless driving.
Call and ask the clerk of court are they a court of record. If they say yes lawyer up. If they say no then pay the ticket. Because they won't put it on your mvr. Good luck!!! (speed demon)ksmile83 Thanks this. -
Not when I have audio turned off via settings, volume tab. I don't like the annoying talking every time I press a button. And can't understand what it's saying anyway.
