    Any cable/power/telephone line ANYWHERE on ANY public street is suppose to be 13'7" from the pavement. Because it is not up to said lines installers to decide just how high to place them, right ? Who knows when a high trash truck or moving van might come down the street.

    I'm not about to be held accountable for some ####### that decided to rig a cable wire 3 ft lower than what it is supposed to be. Next time he can do it the right way. Why should I take fault for someone else's blatant
    incompetence?

    Let me see if I have this straight.

    It's okay for the cable idiots to leave their wires hanging too low on the side streets, right?

    What about if this happened on a main drag? I assume that would be his fault as well?

    so yes, houses CAN BE located on a main drag.
