High beams on a 1993 Freightliner

    The high beams on my 1993 Freightliner won't come on. The low beams work fine and I tested
    the bulbs and the high beams will work if I supply juice to the terminal.

    I looked in the fuse box but there seems to be only fuses for the headlights in general. The wire for the high beam at the light is 21d but I couldn't find that wire number on the wires coming out of the high beam switch which is part of the turn signal handle.

    any ideas?

    There should be a old silver ... shotgun like casing on the floor below your clutch, try looking there with your left foot. Hammer that one time. boom high beams.

    hi beams on my '91 only work with the key on.
