    Apply to a trucking company. If they accept you than you can. If you can't find one to say yes than you can't. It's not rocket science.

    Apply to some companies and find out. They'll let you know if your hirable after graduation from cdl school.
    I think PI&I Motor Express sends recruiters to prisons looking for potential drivers. That's what I read about their Masury,OH terminal.

    PI&I Motor Express and Carolina Cargo both will probably hire you; call and ask.

    Don't be too quick in getting approved for schooling that doesnt mean you have a job.I would call carriers just to see if your record will tarnish your chances getting hired.

    Most companies range in policy no dui in last 7-10 years...just check company websites and look at hiring policy...just make sure you state it clearly on app and not try to hide it.

    Swift isn't so easy any more. They're under Knight Transportation management and much more strict.

    I get the impression that the trucking industry is screaming for drivers, I guess thats not the case in reality. I applied to CRE last fall, they told me to pack my bags and grab a bus..
