Just wait until it back fires on you. She'll remember when she told you something, and to listen to the recording.

Drivers do not talk to brokers, Brokers do not get drivers number. Dispatcher does all the talking at that level. Not the driver.

This is not written against you, but run it legal and be careful to know when you can arrive legally on your current recap whatever the trip might be mileage wise.

Remember one of the options with dispatcher is to send a team to fetch your trailer, swap and go. You go find another loading.

Ive said enough, I think in my life time on the road I dealt with brokers (CH Robinson) exactly twice and the world trade towers once over Dutch produce damage and the sitaution mirriored the stresses you are writing about here.

There is no law anywhere in the United States that says a appoint ment must be made to fit the driver. You are it chum. Go. But be legal. Dispatchers if they are any good at all will know #### well what your current recap is....

Love this idea, especially when she accuses me of never listening.

Its interesting you should bring this issue up actually they've been trialing this very same thing over here In Aussie land and will shortly bring it into law where shippers and receivers can both be held liable for making truckers take freight without allowing them the proper amount of required time to deliver.

That needs to become law. I think it's a trick to get out of paying carriers.

Just look-up TQL on Ripoff Report. Lots of fun reading! I don't have time to sit and read it all right now. We should all sue them.
