Can't you JUST go back, and work it off?!? Until you PAY it off..they literally almost have a contract "out" on you. One of the only companies I know, that op's thata way. I've been driving 17 years since recert; almost 40 total.

Nope, you were in the right, with that, man. Pretrip and safety prevails. If you have proof of all that, you can CAN and again CAN prevail OUT of your contract.

 

AND, that may be entirely true... i'm so not sure. I've also heard of some companies BUYING OUT their contract; where the "company" will pay them same day, and hire YOU same day. Let me think..... sheesh... I can't recall, but I'm thinking WestSide does.
