I have a few questions being that I'm set to go to school next Sunday in opelika,Alabama for crst. The recruiting team got my Information, checked it and called me back to say I was accepted, now. They say I'm prehired, is that true? The recruiter says I will finish school in Alabama, then go to a 4day company orientation in Dallas, Texas. Anyone went thru school with crst? If so, how does the hiring out of school process works with crst?

 

I want to say thank you to AnotherChapter. I followed your advice and am starting with Roadmaster in a week. I passed all the exams (except for school bus which I didn't take), passed the DOT physical and now have my CLP. Thanks again.

 

I'm not sure in your state but in Texas. I believe you have to. Why I say this is cuz here once you get your permit you have to wait 15 days before you can apply for an appointment to take the driving test. Hopefully someone else answered your question further down this thread.

Yes. I know the OP. He worked hard, made $100+k most years, drove team & married team driver, stacked tons of cash, bought real estate, and run expedited freight on occasion. Debt-free, real estate pays their mortgage+, their base is nowhere near any big cities. He and his wife won. He did what he described in his plan, it worked.
