I bought another radio.

Input sensitivity would need to be adjusted inside the radio to make it fully modulate the carrier. I've had several bought new on Ebay, but I got rid of all of them. I wouldn't waste the money, but here's one for 75 bucks.

This mic has similar issues as the above, but once you add the proper matching transformer it works great.

Had good report so far, but i like to experiment that's why i wanna give a shot the the 577 there is a video on utube and man it sound good low but good clear & crisp.

 

Did you fix the plug wiring? That mic should be perfect. It's already impedance matched.

 

Yes i did as i said good report so far, playing in between yours and 636 & RK 56...

 

Might give a shot to one of your antenna....

Doing the local gig now and also managing territory, every times i leave there is complications/aggravations....

 

If the radio is tuned properly this is what the stock Mike will sound like. This is a President Lincoln version 2. It's not going to happen by following a service manual and turning screws though.
