They sure are, but after talking to several top HR executives about my situation. They all were extremely surprised at the way I was treated at your company. Top 30% of all drivers, and I look at you sideways, and you force me to resign. Without warning! That is the way i was treated coming into your company, bullied the whole way, and that's the way I was treated leaving. Absolutely no respect for your drivers, but God save us, if your drivers even look at TMC the wrong way.

He's talking about TMC? Never seen or have been treated with no respect by anyone at any terminal I have been at. I went through the TQM coarse as well. Nothing you said makes sense.

I totally agree with DJT. TMC does look for excuses to get rid of people they don't like. I seen it first hand. I worked for them for about a year and I don't have much good to say about the company. These couple of guys that defend TMC must have been brainwashed.

Highway sailor, first of all get a real name, you probably have never been on a sailboat in your whole life and probably wouldn't know what to do if you were. Second of all, if you have ever been through their orientation then you should know what disrespect is. It sounds like you have never ran for TMC!

TMC sounds like a cool company to me. I don't like sideways looking people either. I like straight ahead faces . Not sideways. So where do I sign up?

I can see why you were fired now. How long were you there? I was there 5 years as posted. Went through their orientation just like you and many others, went through the TQM coarse, became a trainer for a short time. I left to become an O/O as many do. You don't know crap. As for never being on a sail boat, it just shows that you blow hot air on things and people you know nothing about. I have spent over 20 years sailing as a deck hand on a 198ft traditional square rigged sailing vessel as well as smaller racing sail boats and power boats. I have no need of defending my self or TMC but for some reason I decided to write a comment about your post. I was once told you don't get into a fight with a drunk. I can see where this is heading and I don't need any part of it. Best of luck to you.

I know they don't allow you to leave your trailer somewhere other than on the truck at night. But would they allow you to leave it at your house if you wanted to take the truck to a truck show on your day off? I'm new lol
