Yea the President of the company, David Millis, reads this board. He knows drivers arent going to call him up ane voice their complaints etc with the company so he reads this to get a feel for the drivers feelings toward the company. There have been a few things improved with the company, in part by what he's read on this site. When I had my re-hire orientation I met David and he knew me by my screen name here on this site lol. Hes told myself and Steelers to not be afraid to voice our complaints with anything we encounter, and we have. There just isn't very much to complain about with this company in my opinion. Equipment is top notch, along with the driver amenities in the truck, and the $ is pretty #### good. I get all the miles I can handle legally lol

I start with a drivaway company next week. I think it will be a good test to be out on the road, learn pre-trip and the general dot regulations, before asking a company to sponsor me.
