2 mufflers
51" length
10" wide
5" female input and output
Looking for some good options for high flow mufflers. I know Pittsburg power but I've read they are just marked up rebadged mufflers so I'd like your input on others.
Thanks.

Pittsburg Mufflers are just rebadged Donaldson Mufflers.
Just buy the Donaldson Replacement for your truck and you will have saved a ton of money.LGarrison and dustinbrock Thank this. -
Use the search. Donaldson mufflers, high flow mufflers, etc. I did that and bought a Donaldson high flow. I'm in the truck so I don't have the number handy. It's on here somewhere. Don't accept "it's the same as or it's equivalent to, and all the other bs.
KB3MMX and dustinbrock Thank this. -
My proof reading absolutely sucks. Use the search box is what I meant.

This is what I have on my peterbilt 379. It is the Donaldson M100463. They flow really good and have a good sound to them.
Round Muffler 5", M100463, DonaldsonHoundDog7, DDlighttruck and dustinbrock Thank this. -
I don't remember the part number, but go with the high flow Donaldson's, you'll be happy. That's what I've got on my 00.
When I first put them on you can see straight through them I was thinking man this is gonna be loud, but it's really pretty tame, good for keeping as much peace as I can in the high dollar subdivisions that I always work in where a singing jake brake is not appreciated!dustinbrock Thanks this. -
Economy mufflers and take a digging bar to knock the center divider out. They're under $100 and will become a perfect straight through muffler after the mod.
The Pittsburgh power muffler is a rebadged Donaldson... Been there they're not worth the money.dustinbrock Thanks this. -
Don't do this without putting a 5" pipe straight through. If you just knock the baffles out it creates turbulence which causes more back pressure than having the baffles in thereDDlighttruck and Caterpillar Cowboy Thank this.

I purchased Walker megaflows for a truck i am just finishing to get on the road, bought them on ebay from Summit racing for 110.00 each including shipping.
they are aluminized not galvanized which should hold off the rust that drips down on the chrome elbows which is a problem on my other truck. -
It's gotta be the style with smooth walls that doesn't have the "dimples"..... Or any gaps in the middle.
If you line it with straight pipe it doesn't Muffle the noise
