Thanks for all the info @Chinatown. As for the auto thing, I dont want this to be a debate thread about autos or manuals. I want her to train on a manual so she know how to drive one because not all companies have autos and the companies we go with to get her started is probably not the company she will be at forever. She needs to know how to drive a manual. And professional driver that can't isn't a professional driver. If you show up to a job and they throw you in a manual truck for a road test and you are grinding gears and can't drive it because you have only driven a auto since driving school they are gonna kick you out. I have seen it happen more then once.
Me and the wife are thinking about team driving. Need suggestions.
