Walmart here I come!

The adp takes time to climb on the green bar, I hear ya though the east coast is tough trucking took me 4.5 hours to go from dulles va to belcamp md yesterday 103 miles, morale does seem low to me too but ya gotta remember they once had everything which is slowly being taken away

 

I leave my dc on go out day and don't return til go home. Usually move around to different dc's but have spent almost all week one time or another at one that isn't mine.

 

The northeast rock to be honest there is no telling how they will run you. 99% of the time when i get into the northeast rocks territory they keep me in the northeast all week. Your not alone. Hang it there. I Spent most of my career in the ltl business peddling freight and running line haul. It is a different ball game over here. It was hard for me at first. Because I was so use to the hurry up and go. Don't take no shortcuts or get in a hurry. Your adp will take a few months to build up.

 

Anyone heard anything about us not pulling claims out of the DC anymore I heard that was going to contractors.

 

I don't have to worry about running out my 70. I work 5 days (5/2 5/3) and on my go home day I have anywhere from 16 to 20 hours left for my last day. I just worry as not to get to back to the dc for my split seater. Was told to make sure I get back in time. Sometimes they plan me so far ahead I don't get a chance to adjust my etd between loads. I'll get vender to hammond in and then either back to dc or Elwood first. With rush hour running I-80 back and forth sometimes ill get back to the dc with 5 min left on my 14. (but 4 left on my 70)

 

It's already happening.

 

What is the quarterly safety bonus cpm? I could not find it in any of my books.

They try things until it doesn't work, then they go back to how it was. It happens all the time.

 

lol nothing is going back the way it was it's getting worse

 

Seems like it when they bring in leaders from big otr companies that treat their drivers like crap!
