Cab or dash, I'm having problems with the marker lights randomly coming on don't No If i have a bad switch or a bad relay

 

I have a 1999 classic, series 60 Vin: xda40294
I had to start from scratch on the A/C. I had no lines, expansion valves, compressor, dryer, ect. I went to freightliner ordered it all Vin specific and it it all in and blowing cold. My problem is my fan doesn't want to kick on when pressure gets high. I have to run with my fan on when i have the a/c on. Is there a wire number that I need to look forward to tap into what am I missing here I'm at a loss? The dryer has the binary pressure switch on it everything's working great but I think I'm missing a fan switch somewhere tapped into the wire harness.
