INfo from any Hummer Trucking Operators will be greatly appreciated. Have viewed the different threads with comments throughout the TruckersReport, but would like to have info reference to what the drivers see as positives and negatives working here. Am headed there in the next month, as an experienced driver (1976-present)

.40 a mile good insurance package, steady freight, home when you need to/want to. If you want to stay out and work they'll work you. Great bunch of guys and gals over there. The only company I ever worked for where you'll run into the owner out on the road in Arizona or some BFE location like any other driver. Hated to leave but if you're starting out and want a nice pace to grow and learn. Definitely the place for you. Respect the equipment though. They don't tolerate you ragging things out. "YOULL FIND YOURSELF BEING SUCCESSFUL SOMEWHERE ELSE" lol.
Only one con: a lot of times delivery locations and phone numbers are out of date. Be in a good habit of calling the receiver before you leave the shipper. Saves a ton. Other than that I strongly recommend.

The out of date addresses sounds to me like an issue that should be addressed with the front office. We have enough to worry about up here. I know Hummer isn't the only company. It just makes me scratch my head when you get not up too date addresses.
