No idea lol. Im in Oak Grove Ky heading for Terre Haute in morning. After my 13+hours at Kenworth I was able to make it from Richfield to Horicon and Horicon to Oak Grove yday. Today I made it from Oak Grove to Atlanta back up to Dalton and back to Oak Grove. 625miles+ each day. Time to relax and watch the cubs game tonight.

Yeah, I know, but this load was really unbalanced. I'm not a big fan of spreading the axles this far. Taking corners becomes an issue. There should definitely have been more weight up front.

Wassup y'all, greetings from Lebanon, Indiana. I sent another "ready for dispatch" message around 6am, just to remind them I still needed a load. I was number 7 in line...ugh. But, I got a load relatively quickly. The bummer was that the load didn't pick up til 4pm. You gotta be kidding me. It was a preloaded trailer which was nice, but the sit time was bumming me out. On a hunch I called the shipper, and they said it was ready. That was at 8:30. Umm....huh? Well, ok, whatever. So I hurried up and got ready and headed there. Super nice guy at check in, and absolutely hilarious. Wish there were more guys like him in my travels. I wasn't happy with where my load gauge was sitting, so I slid my tandems back and headed out. Even though I knew I was under gross, I still wasn't happy with my gauge so I weighed my truck a few miles down the road. My weights were legal but holy crap my tail was heavy. I always put more weight on the drive axles than the trailer axles because it's more stable of a ride, and it's safer. As my dad would say, you don't want the tail wagging the dog. Good advice, always. But... My tandems are further back than I like for taking turns. If they were any further back, I'd be uncomfortable, and I'd just say screw the weight and be grateful I'm not driving on snow covered roads. My final is about 400 miles away, and the load isn't due til Tuesday morning. So I'll be calling tomorrow to see if they have overnight parking available. I need to conserve my 14 the following day, because home time is approaching. I want to make sure I have all available run time to get there. There is nothing sadder than a disappointed daughter, I don't wanna be late getting to her. The final is in on the southern central border of Tennessee and Alabama, which isn't exactly close to home. Hopefully I make it. If not I can't really complain. Opie has been flawless on home time so far, and nobody bats a thousand. Although, if he sent me my load this morning, I'm betting it would have been it would have been closer to home. No biggie, I'm sure he'll figure something out, he's really good at that. I'm just grateful for the miles. Alright, it's getting late (for me) so I'm heading to bed. Hope y'all had a good day. Keep the rubber side down, and be safe out there. Talk at you tomorrow.

I will expand on that a bit. Yes, we do, and I have been sent deadhead as far as 300 miles before. That is super rare, but it happed to me once. And those miles were paid. Like Keen said, your hubby is in good hands here, they treat you right in every aspect. I talked to 25-30 companies total before I chose Millis. That is not an exaggeration. There is no better place to call home.

Ok enough is enough. So far in the month of July I've sat in BRF for 31 hours for a B Serv, then last week sat at Kenworth for 18 hours, and now I had my recap come off my drive tire in Kentucky on my way to Georgia. Talk about a messed up month. At least I was right beside exit for Loves so I'm not broke down on side of road I'm at least in truck stop. But it'd be nice to have 1 week with no truck issues lol
