Midwest Coast is imo the best. 4000 note forgiven after 1 year with anyone (or multiple) of their lease operators. 25k training miles after 3 week school. Apartment is free during school also lunch. MCT employs no drivers but has fleet operators/ o/o from 1 to 70 trucks. You pick who is in your locale, they help. Guaranteed employment. Low cpm (.25 to start) great equipment 3k to 3700/week 95%drop hook. Usual benes, know you by name (your fleet operator who you actually work for). Pretty good deal.

You mean the fact they don't put you out for 6 weeks at $400-500/wk like a lot of the others? If you get your own schooling, they do the 10 days intensive training, no pay, and then put you on the road solo at 29/cpm. Not sure what happens if they school you .. I think theirs is 4 weeks compared to 3 that most schools do. A lot better than some with their 13/cpm for 4-6 weeks. If they actually have the miles it seems like the better deal. Dog friendly too.
