Looks like a basic LTL company acquisition.
Probably will have a negative impact on the local freight market as JB runs for dirt rates that's why they also pay dirt wages

Probably will have a negative impact on local freight. Jb Hunt does run for dirt rates. However they don't have dirt wages. Ive posted that on here a couple times but this time I will prove it with this picture.
Keep in mind I didn't start working for Jb until Jan 9 so I missed 3 paychecks.Wicked Wizard Thanks this. -
I made $1200-$1500 per week on JB dedicated, they never cheated me.
RookieJ1987 Thanks this. -
I've been lazy this year and will probably still hit 70,000 for the year. Some accounts do crap but I blame the local guys to that particular area. They will only pay the minimum, if they can't find drivers they will up the CPM and throw in a sign on bonus just like everyone else.
BTW- the article is about growing the business, NOT crying about driver wages. You don't have to work here. Actually you don't have to drive a truck. Become a lawyer, cook, cop. -
