Handling more miles that your illegally allowed def isn't an issue for most. I just don't wanna deal with the repercussions of some drunk rear ending me and killing themselves while I was out of hours. Lawyers love that kinda scenario
The day keeps getting closer

It won't be until December 16, 2019 for my company since we already have EOBRs and have had them for quite some time, so I'll continue to use common sense until then.

If you cannot get reasonable appointment times out of your stupid shippers and recievers and cannot hire teams to bypass the HOS limitations then why are you still in trucking?
I have to ask that.
The problem to me is the shippers and recievers. You want this load when? And WHERE? I don't think so.Green_20 Thanks this. -
Eld's have created a big problem with a whole lot of things. One of them is parking. I see loves building more fuel stops. But just like pilot they don't classify as truck stops because they are too small.
But it seems that more parking areas can't be built fast enough. You always see ppl having to make themself a parking space. By 7pm most truck stops are full. -
