We provide some phones to drivers for some work, they are locked - can't install any app.
For the other drivers, we tell them they are also allowed to tell the agent/broker or carrier that we provide their phones and we do lock the phone that prevents any app to be installed. When an agent/broker calls, we tell them that we have customer data on the phones that is very sensitive and do not allow apps to be installed that can breach security on the phone. We need to have the apps code to ensure that it does not have back door to the phone. We have lost no work because of my policy.
