Shocker!! A CB Shop That Actually Does Things Correctly!

I saw that video five maybe six times now and can point out a few issues about it ... like it is a good radio to begin with, it confirms my point that the old stuff may be better than the new stuff and that anyone with some training can appear to know what they are doing especially to those who don't know about what's really going on. By the way, just to throw something else into the mix about sensitivity, does your guy there measure distortion during the test?

 

He is kinda secretive hence Sherwood should be able to answer that for us.

You should be able to answer that. Rob will put the radio through the tests and give you a result of the test but what makes it funny is so can you test the radio and get the results, no one person has to be secretive about simple established testing of a radio.

 

Already done some amazing things with my rigs, but those are hardly scientific. Would be nice to see which improvements have been made and to which degree as measured by test equipment using standardised test procedures by an unbiased 3rd party.

After what I witnessed yesterday I think I might need to withdraw any endorsement from Mike's radio repair, unless of course somebody is desperate to have some antique equipment brought back into service.
