PGT's Vesuvius account

I was thinking about doing the account for PGT. I talked to a recruiter about job and it sounds like a good job. As luck has it I live 10 miles from the Wurtland, Ky refractory plant. Recruiter said since I live that close to the plant that they would most likely use me as A shuttle driver paying $1200 A week. Before I decide to take the offer I was hoping to get some imput on job from current or past drivers with first hand knowledge. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
