    Are you happy you made the move from Freight after hearing about all the changes? It's still not a bad job but it just makes me wonder what's next??

    Doesn't always work out like that but I've been pretty lucky this year. We have a good mix of long distance and short hops.

    So your DC had these local positions up for bid. It was intended and initiated by your GTM. Bentonville made the decision. I was Saturday out as well. Wasn't too happy about being moved before realignment but I can honestly say my running has been better. Your DC should still offer program openings when available, but as far as new programs(the local you signed up for) they are on hold until a final decision is made. So just be patient. That's the only advice I can give.

    That's pretty good. I asked my wife about doing one of those 3/2's but she doesn't want me home that much, but then complains about me being gone right now lol... women

    I appreciate your advice. I just find it kinda ridiculous in the lack of communication between corporate and the GTM. I have no problem with the GTM he's as nice and professional as can be. He told me 3 weeks tops. Well that was about 2 months ago. Prepared to wait a little yes prepared to wait a half a year no.... I don't wanna waste a lot of time for something that could or could not happen. Nobody likes wasting time. I admit I'm not patient as a lot of people but what if someone would have turned down another job (I actually did) now that particular comany has hired someone. So I'm stuck in a rock and hard place ya know? I guess that's the way the cookies crumble. WM has very nice people at the DC's but I'm afraid this is becoming just another company due to share holders.

    Was told a few months for my own truck when I started and now it's been two years and who knows if it'll ever happen with what bentonville is thinking lol. I know how you feel..

    IKR!! I guess I wouldn't be so PO'ed if I wouldn't have got burnt twice in less than 3 months!! It's like that commercial for geico with old man fishing "here you almost got it, gonna have to do better than that" with wm being the old man.

    He is probably waiting for realignment. how much seniority do you have? I know at my dc most guys with runs like that are 20 plus years with the company
