What do you do when it's raining or snowing
And the wind is blowing 30 mph.

Its a schneider driver. They are ether pilled up in the ditch or a huge pile up or stuck in a truck stop waiting for dry weather.

    Get cold and wet.
Think you're confusing it with swift. Schneider governs their trucks so low i can't even hit the grandma in the #1 lane.

I bought a go pro and I'm attaching it to my 5th wheel just below the kingpin, then removing it once I'm hooked up and bluetooth broadcasting it to my cellphone and putting it on the back of the trailer when I arrive at the warehouses. Instead of GOAL it's Get Out & Adjust GO PRO Camera Angle. Then get back in, rinse and repeat 50x. I figure that's better than hitting something behind me. Til someone steals my gopro when I forget to grab it. Cant have your cake and eat it too I suppose.

I use that trick too on a Freightliner Rollback.
Didn't think anyone else did that.
    Good for you.

And before the comments, you can't even possibly imagine the places
there shouldn't be places I get into, had one last night, in a driveway .
Ran the duallys over the roots of a tree pulling in.
Go to put the deck back up, and the weight had pushed the roots
down, and now tree leans in and bed can't go back into rest position.

This is a great idea. Until you rip those doors off on the hood of the truck you're trying not to hit by having the doors open.

All I'm sayin is be careful. Those dang things stick out farther than you may think.
