I would believe it. My father in-law was a LEO for 38 years. I have heard more than few "stories".

 

What's that got to do with anything all that is is a preliminary report doesn't say why he swerved into oncoming traffic how many times have you had to do that to avoid something or don't guess u ever had to and I know a lot of my owner operator buddies that run Elon's and have cameras to cover their own butts just for situations like these all I'm sayin is let the facts come out before y'all start throwing assumptions out there this is America you are innocent until proven guilty and ain't ne'er one of y'all out there flapping your gums got a clue as to the real reason as to what happened. If it comes out to where the man was at fault then make your legitimate complaints. That's what's wrong w/this world today people are to quick to judge one another if not by their skin color or nationality but whether they are an O/O (owner operator) to you lame people, or company driver. All I'm tryin to say is give the man his day in court and let the chips fall where they may

Do you understand that also means there is a possibility that more charges may be filed? It is very rare that a sober person is charged with a DUI.

 

Also very rare that a sober person is charged with anything, preliminary or otherwise. How many times have you been arrested sober was one of the first things I was asked by my counselor after my DUI. Touché counselor, touché.
