Not so he went home to GA on is 34 then drove back to is truck, he is a lucky man not to be in prison, Walmart was not aware are have anything to do with it, we all know when you need to get laid you do what you must do, and I am not saying that is what happened but it looks that way

The point is ,what will be achieved by putting her to jail? I can't see what good will that do for society.I am not leftist or a "liberal"by any means but I see it simply as a punishment which will only generate additional costs to society. In another words the punishment doesn't fit the " crime" IMO.
Ban her from driving any CMV for life, fine her etc but JAIL?Come on!Last edited: Jul 29, 2017
NavigatorWife, carramrod32 and dunchues Thank this. -
Do I dare ask what's that mean in reference to me?

I have to agree jail is a little over the top.
Restitution and banned from ever having a CDL would be appropriate.Landincoldfire and diesel drinker Thank this. -
Send her to re-take grade 4 math. At least she'll learn that 40 tons is a lot more than 6 tons.Kenworth 4life Thanks this.

When you consider the millions upon millions of dollars worth of damage truckers do in this country with the decisions they make I actually commend the State and County for getting tough. Some people should NEVER operate a CMV, this young lady seems to be one of them. I would love to see more messages like this sent.
tinytim Thanks this. -
That's what happens in this job...you get tired and you make mistakes.
-
You and I are the only members I know of, atm....
tucker Thanks this. -
Obviously they fill otherwise. One of the charges she was hit with was "operating a vehicle in violation of a restriction". Meaning she probably had some type of restriction on her license. And since she violated that restriction, anything that occurred as a result of the violation is a deliberate act.
