He must have hit the enter key before he finished his sentence. Sure he meant to put "get" on the end. :biggrin_25525:

Yeah, Shaffer has really turned to crap. They micromanage you to death and operationally they are incompetent. They waste so much time on petty #### when they should looking for freight. Shaffer/Crete is now just like Swift or Werner, except they pay more per mile.

sounds like there they same to me. I was there for 6 mos. on 06. in that time I had 3 trucks. all of the cheap ####. In that time they never got me home on time. 4-7 days late every time and then it would take the 3-4 day to get me out after I told them I was ready.

    Hey billsgirl,

If you go up to the bar where it says USER CP on the left side, on that same bar is a search tool. Open that up and type in shaffer and pick search Titles Only. You will come up with numerous results. Hope this helps you................

    billsgirl Thanks this.

I was just wondering what ya'll think about Shaffer. I have been talking with recruiters and filled at an app. He told me there averaging 2300 miles a week there, that's pretty decent. Told me I need a hazmat endorsement. I am not sure what kind of hazmat load would be transported in a reefer. Is it hard to obtain a hazmat endorsement, what do i need to do? Anyways they sound like a pretty decent company, haven't found many bad things about them a few but thats expected. What are some off their big accounts. Any and all info would be grately appreciated.:biggrin_255:
