Realistically I am in the best spot I should be in and probably working my dream and best job I have everything already a nice house filled with all the modern amenities and conveniences of living in North America in the 21st century. I mean I don't live in a mansion, but at the end of the day how much space and stuff do you really need?

Now as far as other dream jobs go, I always thought it would be fun to be an actor on a TV show like "The Shield" or any TV show really if the part is right, however that is unattainable and I wouldn't be right on a show like The Shield anyhow.

Actually I also always wanted to be a small business person, my brother likes golf and stuff and I don't know this is something that also will probably never happen, but like if we could buy an existing golf driving range and sell golf stuff in the pro shop and do all the other normal driving range stuff.

We already almost went down that road and got in trouble with my thread about how hand held scanners and computers make things less efficient at times. It was called Hand Held Thread and it took a pretty big wrong turn right out of the gate.

Having my own business of some sort would be perfect for me or even a pilot seems appealing if it was possible

I did my dream job for about 6 years! I produced and sold tv commercials and done a few music videos, had fun! Prodused over 600 productions great business, then some bad things happen in my life (A death in family) could not be productive at all, so i closed it down. Got back in a truck and ill tell you it was just what i needed.

So, 65k a year gross with stress and having to drive a Volvo is your "dream job"?

I guess some folks have pretty low expectations ;-)

Helicopter Pilot intrigues me for some reason.

Or the goal I was working towards before money got tight was Cyber Security or Computer Programmer.

Yes I'm really a computer geek driving semis to pay back my student loans. I only got as far as a 2 year degree which isn't enough for IT.

That's awesome! I've always been interested in the kind of work. I'm sorry to hear about the passing in your family. It's good you're happy where you're at now

    Badmon and kimbosa Thank this.
