I can tell you that for us, the rates are dropping, with the price of diesel dropping. So its not helping us. If the rates continue to drop, and then diesel skyrockets quickly again, you will see a lot more companies closing their doors. It takes too long for the rates to catch up with the rising cost of fuel.
