    Given that they are flocking to Colorado in droves, I'm beyond convinced Californians are an invasive species. Have a friend in real estate that is trying to figure out a way to build an extra 75% commission into every property he sells to Californians.

    Haven't seen that bumper sticker, sounds a bit biased

    Think your friend will get away with it? heard a few before blame Californian's for the rise in cost. Californian's move in the cost of everything goes up. same thing they do with oil.

    Picked up a loaded,, sealed dry van at a cabelas dc, the bol was riddled with number's, nothing was labeled with the alphabet. probably were a few water vessel's inside, Didn't stop at a check station.
