    I put down on my DOT examiners form that I have mild anxiety? And that I take prescription medication (one of which is a narcotic)? I have not taken the medication in 3 weeks, so I don't see why it would be an issue.

    Why did you list a medication you're no longer taking?
    It is an issue, because you listed a narcotic on your medical form.
    @Moose1958 can explain this better than I can.

    Go get another physical. Don't put that #### down. Don't put anything down. You sleep like a baby and exercise 4 hours a day.

    Does it say you can't get another physical for a year, or does it say, the physical is good for one year?

    Oh cool. So when a company wants to see my medical card I just give them the new one instead of the old one? Or how does that work.

    The old card won't be valid after you're issued a new card with the new physical; just throw it away.
