Freightliner of Arizona I left after waiting an hour and a half

I went to Freightliner of Arizona for the Criminally Insane ( Tolleson ) today for a minor repair (air bag on cab)

I want to keep the truck in tip top, and the passenger side has failed and leaks profusely.

I cannot vouch for the quality of the work at Freightliner of Arizona for the Criminally Insane, because I sat at the door, in my truck, to the service writer for 1 hour 33 minutes. At 1 hour and 25 minutes I contacted the full service shop down the road that is Landstar approved, and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow.

And yes, I did go inside, and some EXTRA creepy individual told me he still had 10 minutes left on his lunch, and basically didn't want to be bothered.

As I was backing out, a guy comes out waving his arms. You guys figure out what these 3 letters mean that I exclaimed GFY.

So I parked, went in and stood in line for another 20 minutes at the parts counter, got said airbag, and am back home, sharing my wonderful experience with all of you at Freightliner of Arizona for the Criminally Insane Service Department.

The wonderful way I was treated, they just rid themselves of any work I ever will need done.

 

Got a good deal on this one. So far so good. It's a used Gordon truck with an APU. I was negotiating on a Volvo, and these guys came way down on the price, just a lot more truck for the money.

 

Here it's just the opposite. The Volvo shop is aces, SWF for the Criminally Insane is the dumper.
