    Funny, they recently put a bunch of those in to stop trucks from parking up in Beloit.

    busted curbs, landscapes rearranged, trash and noisy trucks might be reason that.

    there's no need to intall those cart return areas when the parking lots space is planned and constructed for the flow of cars or smaller vehicle's, there's a planned truck entrance and exit.
